Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or using Estimfy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Estimfy is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses create professional estimates for their clients. The Service includes:

• AI-assisted estimate generation via chat
• Client management tools
• Team collaboration with role-based access
• Shareable estimate links
• Subscription-based credit system for AI usage

You may register using an email address and password or through a supported third-party provider (Google, Apple, or Microsoft). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Estimfy operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI features to generate estimates.

• Free tier: New accounts receive a limited number of credits sufficient to create approximately one estimate.
• Pro plan: A monthly subscription of $20 USD provides 20,000 credits per billing cycle.
• Credit expiry: Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles.
• No refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that places excessive load on our infrastructure
• Upload or transmit content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights
• Share your account credentials with others outside of the team invitation system

Estimates produced by the AI are suggestions based on the information you provide. Estimfy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing estimates before sending them to clients and for any business decisions made based on them.

If you invite team members to your workspace, you are responsible for their use of the Service under your account. You may assign roles (Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer) that control their permissions. You must ensure that invited users also agree to these Terms.

The content you create through the Service (estimates, client data, business variables) remains yours. You grant Estimfy a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

The Estimfy brand, software, and documentation are owned by Estimfy and protected by intellectual property law. You may not use them without prior written permission.

When you generate a public share link for an estimate, that estimate becomes accessible to anyone who has the link. You are responsible for deciding which estimates to share and with whom.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Estimfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Estimfy operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
